我國(guó)的《屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》對(duì)屋面防水分為永久性工程和非永久性工程，永久性工程中又根據(jù)工程性質(zhì)，對(duì)國(guó)家、人們生活重要程度和使用功能要求分為Ⅰ～Ⅲ級(jí)，IV只適用于非永久性工程。同時(shí)對(duì)其不同設(shè)防所用的材料也有不同的要求。建筑物表面裝飾工程也需要分等級(jí)的進(jìn)行防水設(shè)防，因?yàn)槊總€(gè)建筑的構(gòu)成結(jié)構(gòu)不一樣，建筑物的材料屬性不一樣，所以對(duì)防水的要求有著不同的要求。
根據(jù)防水等級(jí)、設(shè)防要求和工程實(shí)際情況確定防水設(shè)計(jì)方案和選擇防水材料建筑物防水工程的防水設(shè)計(jì)方案和防水材料的選用,應(yīng)根據(jù)建筑物的防水部位、類型性質(zhì)、重要程度、使用功能、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、耐久年限、氣候條件和工程具體情況等綜合因素來(lái)確定。
